With only a few days to go, are you getting excited? I know myself and the other instructors are!
I thought I would share a few reminders and further details about the day, just to help alleviate some of those pre-competition nerves.
The annual ESKA First Aid Course for Instructors was again held at the ESKA Hombu in Stevenage.
On Thursday 12th and Monday 16th October, Sensei Gavin Paul held a Kumite Referee course at the Stevenage Hombu.
Covering everything from scoring to penalties the course was very thorough and each attendee received their very own ESKA Kumite rules booklet.
The next event on our calendar is the annual competition held at the Stevenage Hombu. This is always a great occasion and is a fantastic opportunity for all our students to gain confidence and show what they can do.
The competition will be held on the 29th October at Stevenage Leisure Centre. All entrants will receive a medal just for taking part. The cost is £4 per event entered. (You are able to enter more than one event.)

The ESKA Dinner & Dance was held on 3rd November 2023 at the the Hotel Cromwell Stevenage. The evening was full of drinks, awards, food, dancing and unity.
